Abstract

I examine is the heat center modernization of an inland company. The company avails oneself of rural development support, which covers 50% of the investment. I appraise the different bids based on 4 main viewpoint through the NPV (Net Present Value), IRR (Internal Rate of Return), DPB (Dynamic Payback Period) and PI (Profitability Index). I suggest two offers to acceptance from the first bidder, and another one from the second bidder. While I did the calculating I experienced that none bids was acceptable without the rural development support.
