Absztrakt
In the last couple of years many programs have been taken place aiming at transforming and changing the organizational structure involving the development of leadership style and leadership skills as well (Karácsony 2006). For the analysis of organizational culture there are several methods and among them GLOBE questionnaire was chosen which is one of the most popular ones. In our research we used the alpha variant of the GLOBE questionnaire and we surveyed 50 middle and top managers. In our research the organizational structure and leadership styles were examined in the Northern Great Plain Region. We wanted to know what kind of groups can be distinguished considering the organizational structure and leadership styles and if this result is the same or differs from the results of similar researches.
