Absztrakt

In recent years there is a focus on increasing the activity of women in labour market and harmonising theirs private life and working career. This is justified by the policy of equal opportunities and equal treatments. And this is also an economic necessity, because the labor market requires more and more workers. Analyzing the data of domestic labor market, we can realize that the participation of women in the labor market permanently and significantly lower than men, especially in leadership positions, there is a vertical segregation of women. The aim of this study is to present the results of an empirical survey on the gender aspects of the labor market, highlighting the factors influencing women's labor market position. The study tries to characterize the women family and career guidance model, and summarize the expected qualities of leadership. Firstly, we analyze the Employment gender data and figures between 2010-2015. Secondly we focus on the number of managers and number of registered enterprises in Hungary based on the last two census data. Then we discussed the factors affecting women's labor market position, particularly in the number of children and their age. Finally some info about the research itself and test methods. The closing section is description and evaluation of research results and finally a summary of the key findings of the survey.
