Nowadays, startups are the most efficient source of innovation. Their activities however generate not only economic advantages, but they are also able to induce societal benefits as well. Thus, the development of startups plays a crucial role. In doing so, we have to take into account their nature and the supportive environment in which they operate. The development of startups and these innovative ecosystems is not just an opportunity for a society, it is an obligation.
