As in other countries of the European Union, the average age of agricultural workers is growing in Hungary, and the host society is aging. 31% of farmers are over 65 years of age, while the proportion of under 34 is only 6.1%. Apart from the aging of the farmers' layer, it is a significant problem that the proportion of people with special needs is less than half of the EU average among young people under the age of 35. It is therefore necessary to support, in a complex manner, the promotion of generational change in generators by involving young farmers with appropriate professional skills and experience. Supporting the establishment of young farmers, together with the promotion of the transformation of the holding structure, improving the age structure of the agricultural labor force, increasing the population retention capacity of the rural area and maintaining long-term agricultural activity. The successful operation of the winning support not only leads to financial management, but also financial and accounting requirements for young farmers. Newly-established businesses must also
