Absztrakt
The challenges set by the persistent competitions and ever growing requirements int he global markets can only be managed by the application of effective logistics controlling systems. In my paper I introduce the subsidiary of a prestigious international company providing services in electronics. The logistics system of the subsidiary was implemented right when the organization was started, and it has continually been supervised, improved and updated with scrutiny ever since. When applied together with the logistics controlling system, the BSC model can enhance the accurate definition of the company objectives in compliance with the characteristics of the company, and can facilitate the definition, implementation and contingent correction of the strategies. The result of the company produced over the recent years undoubtedly prove both the flexibility and feasibility of the logistics controlling system and the Balanced Scorecard model, and the benefits of their professional utilization.
