Absztrakt
The Act CXC. of 2011 on National Public Education has changed many things in the system of education, which means the heads of educational institutions’ terms of reference and functions has affected, too. The requirements of appointment have changed, the opportunities of independent decisions have decreased, the power of leaders has limited and there is no chance for having their own finances. We suppose that the written act has practical effects in leadership. Our quantitative research was based on questionnaire-based interviews, the basic statistical population of our research consists of close to 1000 individual examinations. The goal of this article is to describe the managerial problems and difficulties in this new situation.
