Absztrakt

Hungarian small and medium-sized enterprises’ ability to innovate is considered to be a weak point in the index of competitiveness, and its strengthening is a strategic goal of the country. One of the pillars of innovation is the export of goods, and its level is lower in Hungary than the European Union. There are several problems which retard the export in the SMEs: they don’t join to international supply chains, there isn’t enough money to export their goods, they don’t know the international market, and they don’t speak foreign languages. Hungarian national strategies about SMEs and R&D&I expressed the importance of export and its role in the innovation. And now, there are some callings for tender for these goal called GINOP tenders. This paper is about a case study: how enchances the tender the export of goods in the SMEs sector. Or not.
