A "Z" generáció karriertervezése a PTK KTK-n

Absztrakt
The study investigates the career planning of the members of generation Z who were born after 1990. The research was carried out among third year students at the Faculty of Business and Economics at University of Pécs. Career means achieving goals and self-realization to the respondents. The employers emphasize today that the employee is responsible for his/her career management. For this reason they expect him/her to activate himself/herself. The surveyed members of the generation Z are aware of the importance of career planning but they just partly take actions consciously. Most of them are just waiting for the opportunities. They plan to continue the study in the master program but they would like to work beside their studies. Not all of them wish to work for a big or multinational company. They rather prefer the small and medium-sized enterprises. The salary and the fringe benefits are the most important factors to them when we consider work. If the future workplace or employer will not satisfy their needs then they will not hesitate so much to change.
