Absztrakt
A high priority aim and task of the European Union's member states, including Hungary, are to strengthen the economic participation, and ensure the workplace integration of persons with disabilities and a reduced work capacity. The target group's low degree employment is influenced by a number of factors, such as the approach and attitude of economic actors. Managerial attitudes and motivations in the corporate culture influence the way how the persons with disabilities and a reduced work capacity will adapt themselves and find their feet at the workplace. In recent years several researches have studied these factors. Applying a secondary research method, this study aims at discussing those national and international researches which deal with the labour market situation of persons with disabilities and a reduced work capacity and the measurement of the employers' attitudes, as well as, the methods applied during the researches and the results. In summary the research concludes that through empirical knowledge negative stereotypes towards persons with disabilities and a reduced work capacity will decrease significantly.
