Absztrakt
Goal of this study is to identify connections between organizational and human
strategy on a basis of a corporation operating with its multiple product lines under
monopoly market structure in the domestic gaming market. Based on relevant
theoretical overview of organizational and personal strategies, I confirmed that
human resources and internal motivation of employees are playing important part
in crafting and implementing corporate strategy and these components show a
close relationship to the organization's internal processes, culture and its structure.
According to procedural analysis on strategy-making of Szerencsejáték Zrt., I
detected that human sub-strategy shows close resembles with other functional
strategies: in parallel with other functions, professionals working in human area
also compile integrated functional strategy that supports core global business goals,
while drawing up and implementing along the same, well-structured methodical scheme set up in advance. As a result, I revealed interest and cultural value patterns that are faithfully reflected to outcomes characterized by organizations operating under monopoly market structure. Overall, I proved value-focused connection between organizational and human strategies, and highlighted that is not possible to bypass the questions of human resource management as a key supporting factor of a global company performance.
