A magán egészségbiztosítással kapcsolatos várakozások Somogy megyében

Absztrakt

The quality of the health care including in the social health insurance system is exceptionable from many reasons, because of the infrastructure of the institutions, the systemic problems of the care and the financial specificities. The additional private health insurance is available for many years in several countries, but in Hungary only since 2012. A major part of the population does not, or just barely know the operation and capabilities of this opportunity. We made a questonaire survey in the population of Somogy county to discover their expectations and knowledge about the private health insurance. We completed the questionaire method with a survey based on visualisation techniques, then we made interviews with the representatives of some insurance institutes. Our study summarizes of the results of this survey.
